2028 Upton Drive Reconstruction Project

Public Input Open House - November 12, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

The City is seeking public input on non-motorized facility concepts for the 2028 Upton Drive Reconstruction Project through December 1, 2025.  City staff intends to recommend the type of facility to install at the December 8, 2025, City Commission meeting.  The reason the selection process is occurring years in advance of the project is that Indiana Michigan Power is currently in the design phase of a transmission line power pole replacement project, and the location of the proposed non-motorized facility could impact the placement of the new poles.
