Request for Proposal (RFP) Howard Family Trail Bridge Repair 2022

Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 18, 2022 by the City of St. Joseph, at the City Clerk’s Office; 700 Broad Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085. Proposals will be opened on October 18, 2022 at 3:15pm in the City Commission Chambers.

 Work includes: All labor, material, and equipment necessary to remove decking, existing beams and joist, refinish or replace beams and joists as necessary, and grading and erosion improvements. Specific details are provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). RFP’s can be downloaded from the City of St. Joseph website (www.sjcity.com) or one can be picked up from the City Clerk’s Office.

All bids must be submitted in duplicate and in accordance with the bid form included in the bid documents, which may be obtained from the St. Joseph City Clerk’s Office.

The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any formalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
