Memorial Hall Repairs - Advertisement for Proposals

Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday December 5, 2023 by the City of St. Joseph, at the City Clerk’s Office; 700 Broad Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085.

Work includes: Two separate RFPs, one for window replacement and one for exterior brick restoration.

All bids must be submitted in duplicate and in accordance with the terms set forth in the RFPs. RFP’s can be downloaded from the City of St. Joseph website (www.sjcity.com) or one can be picked up from the City Clerk’s Office.

The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any informalities in bidding and/or to accept the bid or bids should it consider same to be in its best interest.
