The City is seeking bids for improvements at the City’s Water Treatment Plant associated with Phase II of the WTP’s Strategic Capital Improvements Plan (SCIP). The SCIP Phase II project consists of removal of existing pretreatment equipment; new flocculators, inclined plate settlers, sludge collectors and associated appurtenances; replacement of valves and water quality analyzers; roofing replacement; mechanical, electrical, and architectural improvements.
