The City of St. Joseph, a community of 7,800 residents, located in Berrien County, Michigan is seeking one qualified and responsible company to provide a commercial cross connection control program for inspection and administrative services of approximately 400 commercial facilities. The City seeks a contractor who can provide the services described in this Request for Proposal at a reasonable cost for a period of two years as described in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
