2023 Water Road Patches

This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to provide interested area contractors with sufficient information to submit proposals for consideration by the City of St. Joseph (“City”) in connection with its needs for asphalt patches in the City of St. Joseph as well as in
surrounding communities which make up the Southwest Michigan Regional Sanitary Sewer and Water Authority.
