2023 Floor Coating for various projects

This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to provide interested Contractors with sufficient information to submit proposals for consideration by the City of St. Joseph (“City”) in connection with its needs for multiple floor coating projects

Since this project could vary in scope of work, bidders will only provide price per square foot for all prep work and coatings.
Project includes coating of existing VCT or concrete floor in Fire station hallways, truck bay and some rooms, restroom floors at Woodbine Lodge and Kiwanis Park with an appropriate epoxy base coat, Polyurea topcoat and acrylic flake system or equivalent. (see exhibits for suggested specifications).

Successful bidder must follow all state and local codes, OSHA safety requirements, industry best practice standards, manufactures installation instructions and EPA regulations on this project.

Along with the manufacture warranties, the successful bidder will provide at least a one year workmanship warranty.
