Parking Enforcement Software Issue

On Tuesday (June 30), we experienced an unexpected issue with the parking enforcement software used to issue parking citations. We're working closely with our software provider to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

If you believe you received a citation in error, please follow the appeal instructions printed on the bottom of your citation or stop by City Hall, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.
