The St. Joseph Housing Commission/Lake View Terrace Highrise is seeking qualified and experienced commercial painting contractors to provide interior and exterior painting services for our facility located at 601 Port Street, St. Joseph, Michigan 49085.
Scope includes:
- Surface preparation
- Interior walls, ceilings and stairwells
- Exterior building surfaces, trim, and metalwork
- Use of commercial-grade coatings
- Cleanup and safety compliance
Contractors must be licensed, insured, and able to demonstrate experience with similar commercial projects.
