Please visit our Current Roster of Boards & Commission Members to view term lengths and dates of expiration.

Please complete this form by 30 days before your term expiration. This will allow the Appointments Subcommittee of the City Commission time to review this form in addition to any public applications for the open position and conduct interviews, if appropriate.
