Managed Services Provider for IT Services

This City of St. Joseph is seeking a qualified Managed Services Provider for IT Services, who will provide helpdesk support, infrastructure management, cloud services and migration, cybersecurity and more.  The City seeks a three year agreement with the ability to renew to up to five years.  

Favorable pricing will be one element of the selection process, but the experience of the firm, qualifications, experience and ability of assigned staff, completeness of the level of service proposed and timeliness of service proposed by the proposer will be significant factors in the award of this contract. 

All proposals must be received by the City Clerk’s Office - 700 Broad Street, St. Joseph, MI 49085 - by 3PM on Friday, December 05, 2025.
