The Department of Public Safety understands and recognizes the importance of homes having working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.  We offer free smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors with free installation to city residents.  To request a free alarm, please fill out the form below.  A representative from our department will call you to schedule an appointment.
