The City of St. Joseph is seeking a Utility Billing Specialist in the Finance Department.

The Utility Billing Specialist’s primary tasks are the maintenance of the utility billing system and the general support of the Finance Department. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, 10 key calculators and data entry is required; familiarity with accounting systems and BS&A Software is a plus.  A successful candidate will be organized and be able to work cooperatively as well as independently while balancing priorities and meeting deadlines.
