Water Department - New Main Construction
Welcome.
The St. Joseph Water Department in cooperation with the Lake Michigan Shoreline Water and Sewer Treatment Authority (LMSW&STA) created a set of procedures, checklists, and forms to aid developers, engineers and contractors add water systems to new and existing subdivisions. Use these procedures and checklists to assure coordination with your project and the St. Joseph/LMSW&STA Water system. Please follow these procedures.
