- RESIDENTS HAVE A STRONG DESIRE FOR INCREASING OUR PROPERTY MAINTENANCE PROGRAM AND TRYING TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF RENTALS IN TOWN.
- RESIDENTS HAVE A STRONG DESIRE TO MAINTAIN A "SMALL TOWN CHARM" BY STRIKING A PROPER BALANCE BETWEEN THE NEEDS OF OUR LOCAL RESIDENTS AND TOURISTS.
- RESIDENTS ARE ADAMANTLY OPPOSED TO ANY DEVELOPMENT THAT WILL BLOCK WATERFRONT VIEWS OR TAKE AWAY FROM THE VISTA OF BLUFF PARK.
- RESIDENTS WANT MAJOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
- RESIDENTS STRONGLY DESIRE NEW PROGRAM TO ATTRACT YOUNG FAMILIES TO THE CITY.
- THE NEED TO REDUCE TAXES REMAINS A LARGE CONCERN FOR MANY RESIDENTS.
